Return & Exchange Policies

Need to return? No problem! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from Sweet Glamour Boutique. We will gladly accept items returned within 20 days, please email support@sweetglamourboutique.com to get a return started. We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 20 days will still be eligible for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags on. 

Sweet Glamour Boutique will only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

-Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use.

-The product or item received is totally different from what was ordered.

-The size shipped out is not the same as the size placed in the order.

-Your item is damaged upon receipt.

-The product does not meet customer expectations.

-The selected size does not fit the customer's body measurements.

-The customer did not like the product.

Please remember Items must be new, never worn, with tags on and in the original package to be eligible. No exceptions will be made. This is very important to us. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 20 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund. 

 

Sweet Glamour Boutique currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. Shipping is nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 20 days. If you wish to receive a different item, you'll need to place a new order via the website.

 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
